Actually, I'm not a climate scientist, but here's a video of a group of people who are climate scientists. They're not musicians or entertainers by profession, but they do want their message to be heard and they've take the effort to reach out to those who listen to a lot of music and watch videos on Youtube.

The 2006 documentary film Who Killed the Electric Car? was about the creation, limited commercialization, and subsequent destruction of electric cars in the U.S., specifically the General Motors EV1 in the mid 1990s.

In 2006, some 5,000 modern electric cars were destroyed by the major car companies that built them.

Today, less than 5 years later, the electric car is back... with a vengeance, and a new documentary film:
